"If I could give a negative 100 stars I would... the company is a literal joke when it comes to receiving a refund, they don't answer their emails if you are requesting a refund. It literally took them almost a full month to even acknowledge me, I sent them multiple emails and it took about 4 emails or so over a span of weeks to receive anything from this joke of a company. After like 2 months after my original purchase did they finally issue me a refund... but it does not end there... they asked me what the order name was under and I said what it was and they could have made my life easier and issued the refund right away like any good company but they waited until I literally had to send them yet ANOTHER email to tell them that it does not take 13 days for someone to receive a refund. when they finally gave me back my refund (which wasnt a full refund btw, I was in the whole about $95 with the crappy product they sent me and the money that I had to spend to send it back) they only gave me back $60. I literally am making it my mission to tell my friends and family about this joke of a company and to never buy anything from their company."
"I ordered a Cybergun Smith & Wesson 9C and apparently got the last -in-stock of this discontinued item. I had a problem with this Airsoft replica; when I contacted them they promptly refunded me in full and told me to just keep the item, which I did! Ended up being able to get this free it fixed locally and so now I have a nice piece that was just about free to me. I feel like they did right by me."
"I ordered a cobratec ultra knife from Global Tactical Supply because it was a great price! I then started reading the reviews and thought I may have been scammed. I received my knife today, it was exactly what I hoped for and am considering buying another for my wife. Anywho, just wanted people to know that I am glad I read the reviews after i already ordered, and it was not a scam. "I ordered several items from here in May 2017. Months later I did not receive ANY of the items (value of $700 cad). I tried to contact Global Tactical Supply several times without any response. There was no direct contact numbers which is quite unprofessional. I understand there may be a possibility that the items were confiscated at customs. However, due to the fact that GTS failed to respond to any of my follow up emails and does not have any working contact numbers, should be an excellent reason not to trust them by spending hundreds of dollars. "Finding what I needed at a good price, I hurriedly placed an order. I selected the free (on orders $300+) USPS shipping, which did not provide me with a tracking number (USPS tracking numbers are dubiously useful anyway), but I received the package quickly enough anyhow.
A couple weeks before ordering I called to inquire about the expected arrival date of what I ended up ordering. A recording informed me that Denny was out of town at a trade show (erroneously, the recording being out-dated, but I believed it) and read off a phone number with which to reach someone else. Unfortunately, I was too slow to write down or remember the number. So, I called back and managed to get all but the last digit or two. I called back again and completed the number. Before I could call the alternate number, I received a phone call from Denny to see if he could help me out (given that I'd called him back-to-back three times, probably). Despite the incessant calling on my part, he was courteous and helpful and accurately predicted when the part I was awaiting would arrive. I thought that this was a notable touch of customer service that deserved mention."
