"$2800 for a partial order. I should have listen to the reviews!!
I ordered a $2800 Rigid Seesnake Inspection camera from GTS. They had the best price, so I thought.
Their Ad clearly shows the items and even in the description of what I expected to be sent. Two distinctly visible and labeled items.
Item came in about 10 days as expected. When I opened the box, only one part of my order was sent. Reel, No CA-350 Monitor!
I immediately called their 800 #. The one guy Steve said he wasn't able to help since it was near the end of the business day. He took my information and said he would call the warehouse to see about the other item. Monday Am I called, not trusting anyone. I spoke to one guy who was flat out RUDE. He couldn't shut up long enough to even HEAR my issue. Call was dropped, HMMM!
I called back again. A different guy. Said he would look into it. Sensing I am getting swept under a rug here. Late monday the same day I called a different number and spoke to yet another person.
My take on this is; there is no real clue as to what gets ordered ( from them as a third party buyer is what the really are ) from their website to what you will actually receive weeks after they have taken your $$$. Their staff has no real reporting to anyone of a customer order error. Other then to repeat the mantra. "Let me check with the Manufacture".
What should the manufacture have to do with THEIR website Ad and a proper shipping index?
Thank fully I payed through PAYPAL. I filed a claim with PAYPAL Quickly. Only way to have any protection from an internet seller with a checkered {reviews'} pattern of improper orders. READ some for your self.
I will update this review to see where their service team goes with my $2800!

"I bought a 255$ power meter and paid for product in full. Order was delivered but stolen from front porch. UPS insured package for 100$ and sent the money to Global Test supply in February 2019. Alex Coffee assured me that they would send me 100$ insurance check. I have not received check and Alex Coffee refuses to answer or return my phone calls. I have left 5 or 6 voicemails. UPS stated that they will not discuss claim with me and any questions needs to be taken up with global test supply. I am out the product I ordered, 255$, and now the 100$ insurance money. Global test supply received my 255$ for the product, and now pocketed the 100$ insurance claim and refuses to talk to me.
After posting this review Sue contacted my right away and got me the 100$ check. Sue was very professional and helpful. "

As of now 3 weeks late and they were supposed to cancel my order but never did... now they are cursing at me and hanging up on me. And now they wont answer the phone. Incredible. do yourself a favor and buy from a different company!!"
