"I placed and paid for an order two months ago. The five items that I ordered all showed they were in stock. I received an email a day later stating one part was back-ordered. I've called several times and was told it every time that they expected the item at any moment. I asked them to send the other four parts and ship the back-ordered part when it arrives, but they wouldn't do that. They've had my $458.96 for two months today. I called and once again was told the same story. So, I cancelled the order and ordered the same items from their competition.
In my opinion, Lenny needs to stop making videos for a day or two and spend some time in his warehouse. I'll probably keep watching the videos, but I won't order anything else.

"Ripped off on shipping costs. I ordered 2 parts (a barrel and a tungsten guide rod). At the time of the order, nothing about item being backordered was shown. I paid for 2 day expedited shipping because I wanted the items for a class I was taking. A day later I get an email that one part was backordered BUT nothing in the email states anything about shipping other than it will be shipped immediately when it comes back in stock. The first item (barrell) shipped and I got it in 2 days. The other item suddenly came back in stock right after that (on the 9th at that which was the 2 day shipping receive date). and they did not expedite the shipping of the tungsten guide rod. They shipped it the cheapest way possible. Now, there is no way that shipping a barrel costs $25. When contacted them, they said "Well we honored the first one, we can't help the other one was back ordered so we don't have to honor the shipping on that item" .. F'ing REALLY???? Last time I do any business with them."
"Magill's has excellent Block products, however the service is quite bad. I have ordered over 3 items on sale....then were backordered for 3 months, so I canceled. Another order was wrong color, and I had to ship the small items back . always a long wait for your order no matter what. NDZ has cheaper prices and faster shipping. Once again....superior products, just bad service dept."

"I purchased an extended slide stop for my Glock 43. a few months later it somehow broke - which was very disappointing, BUT I called the Glock store and they told me that even though it was out of warranty, because they actually manufactured the part they would replace it for free. It shipped out the next day. If it weren't for the part breaking in the first place I would give them five stars. I have purchased numerous items from them and have been very pleased with them all."
"With a name like glockstore.com you would believe you that you are dealing with something similar quality to Glock, grossly disappointed.
Tried to purchase a listed handgun from them, paid and my credit card was charged from day one. After 3 days of status Awiating Fullfilment, I decided to call. I was told the item is on back-order for at least 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Remember my credit card was charged from day one. Never expected this from such prominent company. I will never purchase another item from such dishonest company. Also I will never watch another one of their YouTube video.

"I would suggest that if your company is going to offer the option to have different shipping and billing addresses, you not make the customer jump through hoops to use it. I am away from home on an extended business trip. I decided to upgrade some items on my pistol. I ordered from the Glock Store for the first time. I received emails from a "NO REPLY" email address about my credit card being declined. When I called, I was informed if I wanted to receive my parts I would have to send a photo of my ID and the card used to make the purchase. Nope, not in a million years. If Amazon can't provide protection for my personal information, why would I think your company can? I am not sending the exact information required to fraudulently bilk me of my hard earned money. Nope, I will get my parts elsewhere. I will advise anyone who asks to do the same."
"Ordered 15 dollar tube of Gun Butter and the needle oiler was bent over -- broke off when i attempted to straighten. Called Customer Service and they asked for a pic of it. Glockstore called back and said they can't find the order? It is obviously their product in their packaging. Refused to send another one or refund. It's not my fault they can't find the order...they said maybe it came from Amazon? It's in their packaging. If this is how they act over $14.95...I pity any one purchasing anything more from them.

I contacted Glockstore and was told they were experiencing “high call volume “ and it would be some amount of geologic time before my call was answered but I could leave a message if I wanted. Left a message asking about the status of my package and was told it would “ship tomorrow “. I checked tracking and it was another 2 days before it even got a shipping label. I just checked (now a week and a half after ordering and paying) and it still hasn’t even left San Diego! Ugh! I could have walked there by now!
