"I pre-ordered one of their new SS80 80% Glock 43 lowers back when they first became available on their website this winter. The ship date was listed as mid March. Then the date switched to April and now it is 1 day away from July, and I have not received it. As it turns out, they never had recieved ATF approval to sell these items before they started doing pre orders. Long story short, a lot of people will end up being screwed by a company that cannot sell the product that they offered. I'm out $450 in parts for the gun build that will most likely never happen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and shop at Brownells. Better prices, and your items will be shipped within a week."

"Placed two orders. Never got one. Second one they apparently didnt have the mag I ordered so they just sent the same on in a different caliber. Then, they tried to talk me into a non OEM off brand mag, then they just quit responding when I asked for a return authorization so I could just ship it back. Ended up protesting the charges to my credit card company. This company is very deceptive and I would not order anything from them. "
"Complete deceptive business practices, misrepresentation of services, and the company should be fully investigated. They list items and shipping knowing they can not fulfill their obligation or what customer's pay for without having the item in stock or fulfilling their shipping obligations in a timely manner and run their business on excuses and offer zero compensation for the shipping customers pay or a discount. Customer answering service is a joke and you're supposed to just accept fraudulent business practice and if you have a problem with it too bad, you will not receive a refund on the shipping you paid for and most likely they'll let you know they don't care whatsoever. "Product availability in their website is inaccurate. They don't have the products they offer. After they charge your credit card and you don't receive the items and when you call them to inquire about the order, it's only then that they tell you they don't have the items and they don't know when they are going to have it in stock. Spoke to the customer representative manager and he didn't even let me explain why I was calling, he was rude and hanged up on me. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and will make sure to let every one I know, not to buy from this company. They don't have the items they advertised, and then they don't care about customer satisfaction. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE!"
"This was my second order from Glockstore, the first there was no issue. My second order was a nightmare. After, my package was mis-delivered, I called Glockstore to inform them. And, they were absolutely no help. Of course, I followed up with FedEx and called many times to have them track down the missing package that was delivered to a neighbor down the street. This was a error by fedex. However, the service I received from Glockstore was terrible. A customer service manager was so rude and accused me of being less than honest about the mis-delivered package. I was a repeat customer and they treated me like crap. I was told to file a police report, that there was nothing that could be done. And here's the kicker that I interrupted a lunch break with one of my calls. I did finally received my package and received night sights for the wrong model pistol. I am beyond frustrated, If an order error occurs, from fulfillment to delivery they will say its your fault. Do business with reputable companies like Brownells, MidwayUSA and Cheaper than dirt. STAY AWAY FROM GLOCKSTORE. "

"I ordered 100$ worth of parts and a gen 4 factory recoil spring and they sent me a bent recoil spring. I should've looked at it before opening. But after calling they did not believe me and basically called me a "liar" saying that I was sending them a used spring. He denied my exchange and so I moved on. "I ordered a G32 barrel for $175. The PriorityMail box arrived without evidence of tampering, but it contained only a packing slip and a glockstore catalog. When I phoned with my plight, I was told that their weight records indicated that the barrel was enclosed when the package shipped. I was told to take up my problem with the post office. Never in my life have I received a package empty.
In another transaction, I ordered 6 G31 mags and 6 xgrips. I received 7 mags and 5 xgrips. I'm counting my lucky stars that I'm not out any money with that shipment. I simply ordered 2 more xgrips from a reputable competitor."
