"I ordered an Iphone 6 unlocked and the phone they sent me kept getting stuck. I sent glyde an email and they sent me a return kit for the phone and initiated a refund. The phone was in good condition other than the screen getting stuck.

hoping to give them another chance I ordered an iPhone 6s unlocked....... I received an iPhone 6 for at&t and could not even unlock it. Now they are sending me ANOTHER return kit and I have to pay for half of it even though I didn't even get the PHONE I ORDERED. By now I was very frustrated that I had been without a phone for a while now. After rejecting the item, they said they note it on the sellers account and if it happens again they get removed... which means they get the chance to probably scam someone else

I would not recommend using this website because you'll end up getting sent a phone you did not even order!

"I've tried two purchases with Glyde.com, and neither one has worked.

For the first one, right after I ordered it, they asked me to verify my credit card information in an email. I did that, then heard nothing back for about 2 weeks, despite sending them 6-7 emails during that time. Then I simply got an email saying it was cancelled without telling me why.

For the second order, which was just a few days ago, I ordered a phone using a different credit card, and a few days later, they cancelled it saying they couldn't verify my information. Then they put my account on hold saying that I didn't pass their scam tests or whatever. They then emailed me back saying that my account wasn't on hold anymore so I could try to order it again, but that wasn't true, as my account is still on hold.

I just want to order a stupid phone from the site. I've tried 2 credit cards that have never given me fits before, but neither worked, and the customer service is slow and completely unhelpful. I'm done trying."

You're still dealing with the buyer and any of the drama or tech support they may require, except now all of your communications have to go through Glyde. This wouldn't be so bad except Glyde takes a full work day to get any kind of reply, so a simple Q&A with the buyer takes a minimum of 2 work days. One buyer refused my phone and it's now 10 days later it's still not back in my hands. A $64 fee on a $430 phone sale warrants better support and communication than this. "
