"Ordered an iPhone 6 and after wiating for ten days I contacted them to ask them about the order. Two days later I get a reply that they don't have that model and offer to send me a 6s instead and to expidite the order. Finally today, after more than two weeks of waiting they finally say the phobne is shipped and that the information is updated on my Glyde account. However it is not updated and I have no way to get tracking information.
If you look at Glyde's rating over the year it's mostly five star, but over the last six months it's been dismal. What happened Glyde? I have bought phones from them before and been very satisfied. I doubt I'll eve use them again.
I am worried about what is going to show up in my mailbox.
