"The service is very unprofessional. The phones and tablets which are listed for sale do no meet the "as described" requirements. I ordered two phones and unfortunately had to return both of them They were marked in excellent condition and they were in very bad condition when received. They dont have any phone based customer support. Email based support is very slow. Shipping takes almost 10-14 days to get your stuff from them. You cant verify your stuff's condition before you receive and if you decide to return, shipping is also not free. A customer can easily be fooled. The condition of stuff mentioned on their website is very deceptive and doesn't have any pictures to tell more about its condition. Payment processing is also terrible. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy anything from glyde in future."
