"The charge cable and AC adapter I received are of extremely poor quality. The cable is old enough that it was turning yellow and bits of plastic were falling off when it arrived, and the AC adapter appears to be the wrong voltage as it is incapable of charging an iPhone 5S."

"Glyde has done this multiple times and really needs to improve this. I have ordered six phones from Glyde, I only received two.

The other four the seller did not ship. I know that Glyde mentions "it is out of there control because of the shipper" but come on! Implement a process where you ping seller's every now and then just to see if they are still selling the device.
