"I ordered a part online Sept 2017...which went smoothly. I realized I ordered wrong part and got in contact both by email and telephone to cancel order...which I got email confirmation it was cancelled. Two months later I realized the company charged my credit card 1 month after this purchase...but they cancelled it a month before. Left multiple phone messages. No one ever returned my call...oh and no one ever answers the phone. Emailed the guy that originally took my order...still no one responding. emailed company...still no one responding. This company is willingly ripping me off. I had to call my credit card company to get money back..still waiting on answer "

"Ordered a replacement air cover bolt for my 2017 Silverado. The bolt arrived quickly but had a different head than the other ones on my air cover. I emailed Chris who responded within 45 min. He informed me that the bolt shipped replaced the bolts used on my truck during assembly. I decided to order 3 more to avoid needing two different tools to change my air filter. Chris waived the delivery charge on my second order.

"My order arrived less than a week after I placed the order. The instructions were fairly easy to follow once you had a good look at the roof rails themselves and the parts fit perfectly. All the hardware needed was in the package including the tamper proof security torx driver. I recommend using your own standard torx driver to loosen the screws on the adjustable fitting however, as they are not tamper proof and proved to be very tightly fastened down. The force I had to apply to loosen them to adjust the fitting to the side rails was enough to strip the teeth on the supplied torx driver rendering it unfit to complete the job and luckily I had my own set of torx drivers standing by. The result looks perfect on the vehicle and there is no noticeable increase in wind noise. "
