"The website states that they ship within 5-7 days but I ordered a necklace a little over a week and they still haven’t shipped. I emailed them but haven’t gotten a response. Starting to feel like this is a scam. "

I ordered a bracelet and the product arrived broken!

"I placed an order on Fri, Dec 28, 2018. The product arrived Mon, Jan 14, 2019.
The bracelet arrive broken! it falls off the hand. I contacted them on the same day it arrived, reported that is is broken. Gnoce refuses to replace the broken bracelet.

I opened a dispute with PayPal. The seller replied that he intended to replace the bracelet and I should wait. The seller dragged and dragged the time, I sent emails again and again but the seller ignored all my requests.
In the meantime, PayPal closed the case and I was left without -$123 and a broken bracelet. Gnoce did not replace the bracelet and we will not respond to my emails.

Still processing

I made an order on 2/6/19 for 2 charms with pictures in each. Every time I check the tracking, it keeps saying processing. Before I bought it, I read the shipment instructions & it says orders take about 2-3business days to make. So why does my order keep saying processing?? It’s getting to the point where I’m going to ask for a refund. I need my order to be delivered by the 21st of February!!!!

Horrible customer service

"I order a photo charm for Valentine's and have been trying to get in touch with someone in regards to adjusting the picture but to no avail haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. My order still says processing after 5days and I sent out emails, called the customer service number that doesn't work and sent a message on Facebook and still no answer. This is very unprofessional. "

Starting to believe this is a scam..

"I ordered my item on 1/30/19 and it stated 5-7 business days. At first it seemed to be going well, but my package is still showing as “customs clearing processing” for 5 DAYS STILL! This is a birthday gift for my wife and I’m starting to get really annoyed by the delay and lack of information. I can’t even live chat on the web and the customer service email & # are useless. If I don’t get a reply or my item by Monday, I will be reporting and getting my money back somehow! I will never order from here again!"

Still no order

"I purchased a charm on the 31.01.19 and received an order confirmation same day.
I then received shipping confirmation on the 01.02.2019 with my order number and tracking details.
I have tried using tracking but keep getting the response no order available, i have emailed with no reply asking for this to be looked into. Emailed again and received a reply that the customer satisfaction team are on holiday form the 1st of February until the 11th of February.
I find it very hard to believe that a whole department would be on holiday the same time and if this is the case surely some employee working there should be able to help.
Overall terrible communication and customer service.
I will be seeking a refund through Paypal and will also posting on the Facebook page to warn others against this company.

"I ordered a photo charm and bracelet for my daughter. I put the wrong shipping address and i need to update it before my daughters birthday present gets sent to an old house! I tried to get in contact and got an email back saying they are on holiday till Feb 12th !

Now I cannot get in touch to find out when my order is coming through.

"I placed a rather large order, It reads as "Processing" even 5days after order. I have called, emailed, fb message, commented on there social media page and just tried there live chat which didn't get me anywhere. I am giving a few more days before I contact my credit card company to overturn my $. I have faith that this matter will be rectified but I'm **** off. "
