Clearly we missed our daughter's birthday and we ended up buying something else instead Once we received the items, we had to pay $27.7 to DHL to get the package released which was a news to us and extra cost. Now I'm trying to contact Gnoce via phone number and the phone line abruptly hangs up after a recorded message saying the rep will be with me shortly. My advice, don't waste your money and time on Gnoce, shop somewhere else as there are many better merchants elsewhere.
