"I chose expedited shipping, it was recommended. 7 to 10 business delivery days. Should have arrived December 22nd. I only purchased because my item would arrive for Christmas.
Tracking is ridiculous. DHL is the local carrier and they say my tracking # from gnoce is untrackable but gnoce says it has been there since December 17th. Very disappointed, I am a senior and I will have to go out and shop for a gift for my daughter on Christmas Eve.
Shame on you for promising something you had no intention of keeping.

"I posted this very negative review (below) on this company last week. UPDATE: I finally received my package today, over a month from the date I ordered it. I am very please with my items and now would recommend them....however, please read the review before ordering. I had to contact my local post company and had them track it to make sure it actually was goung to be deliverd even though previous tracking through their carrier said it had been delivered and it hadent.The company communication is very slow and that causes many people (from what I have read) to post negative comments. They were able to confirm the package was on the way and that Canada Customs had cleared it. Just be on top of your order.
I should have read the reviews on this company before I placed an order of 4 bracelets including one for a family member who is battling cancer. I tracked my shipment and after two weeks still received anything. When I went to track it, YUNEXPRESS (their method of shipping from China) it showed my package had been delivered..and I have received NOTHING! I tried contacting the company on the posted phone #...it kept disconnecting. I sent an email....no reply. I have now put through a resolution with PayPal! I went on the BBB website and they have an 'F' rating! Many people have the complaint as I do...item(s) paid for fake delivery notification ad NO delivery!! Buyer Beware! They should be shut down. VERY upset and disappointed!!! I will be sharing my experience on many social media platforms to save others from this SCAM!"
"I ordered a bracelet , paid for it at the 2.10., the package was not delivered due to an error by Gnoce. The shop didn't send me an order confirmation or any invoice.
I had to contact the delivery company myself where I found out that they handed the package to them.. The delivery company requested the documents for the customs procedure. I had to return the shipment for non-delivery of the invoice within three days for a high fee.
Since October the 8th I have tried to contact the shop several times, I left comments on their Instagram page ( which have been deleted) I don't even have the goods they promised to send 3 times after returning the shipment, and I do not even have my money back..
I'm very disappointed...
