I got told I had to send a video to prove what I'm saying (they basically insinuated that I was lying). They emailed me to say it was 'not proper behaviour to not send a video!!!! I done a video but the file was too large to send via email. Now I am being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is absolutely shocking which I have NEVER seen before. 6 emails sent and no further forward. Its not about the money, its about the principle. Very bad quality jewellery & even worse 'so called' customer service. Disgraceful. Their website also shows all good reviews - different story on real review websites.
