"Ordered May 10th. Company says 5-7 days. It just arrived in LA and will be stuck there for a couple days. Before ordering i checked to see where the company is located. Says main office is NEW YORK. This ships from CHINA. Thats why it takes so long. Also i have been calling and emailing and "live chat" them and no one has answered. By the way "LIVE CHAT" means someone is available right then to chat. But there is no one to reply. Seriously and joke and i just want someone to call me back!
