"I purchased 4 charms & received the bracelet was sent free (because of the money I spent ~ same deal Pandora gives). I was very happy when the items came in the mail, & we gave this to our daughter in her Easter basket. The clasp on my daughter's bracelet will not stay shut. and her charms keep falling off. At nearly $40 a pop, this was alarming to me. I immediately sent an email to the service department. A week later, I still didn't receive any response so I sent ANOTHER email. At this time, I was requested to send a picture of the issue. I took a picture, sent it on and it took nearly another 2 weeks to get a response ~ THIS TIME I was told by Amy that the free bracelet is NOT under warranty, and they would send me a coupon for a 10% discount on another bracelet. NO THANK YOU VERY MUCH. If you aren't even willing to stand behind your product, I will continue to purchase from Pandora. This is one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. Don't state your products have a 1 year warranty if you aren't willing to stand behind it. I will NEVER purchase from your company again, and I will make sure no one else I know does, either! This is no way to do business. In today's times, I would think that you would want to keep any customers you have. CLEARLY, I am not alone in my thoughts. I wish I had checked the reviews from your company before being wowed by your Facebook ad. NEVER AGAIN.
