"The sender wrote the incomplete address and the packages were sent back to sender. I wrote many many complaint and request for refund and until today I still cannot get my refund for almost a month. They keep asking me contact USPS to solve it by myself and USPS not allow me change the address as I'm not the sender. Very bad experience on my first time orders.

I already wrote so many email explained I called USPS several times and they said the goods were returned to sender. From the online tracking, "CHINO, CA 91708, Delivered, To Original Sender -> Your item has been delivered to the original sender at 3:03 pm on February 21, 2020 in CHINO, CA 91708." . Your customer service officer don't understand English and keep requesting me call USPS.
