"Have made several attempts to contact them and the one email they replied to contradicted what i was told when placed the order and paid for expedited shipping. Tried calling, phones are closed (called at lunch time). Live chat was offline, only able to leave a message, with no response. As far as i am concerned if i don't get a response telling me my items have shipped by end of day today, i will be contacting PayPal for my money back.
Seems shady at least if not scammy.

"I did a purchase 2 days ago and I tried to contact them on phone (what is not available when you call). Then I sent 2 e-mails, many direct messages on Instagram e Facebook and no replies at all.
Then I decided to do some commentaries on their page wondering how could we get a support after a purchase and 5 other customers came on my comment to report the SAME issue... Guess what they KEPT NOT REPLYING and even worst, they have been DELETING all the commentaries that are asking for a support or any type of complain that can be “negative” to their brand. The other customers and I didn’t show ANY lack of respect with their brand. (I KEPT ALL THE PRINTS with all our comments that they deleted). But you can tell at this point they aren’t legitimate. I’m dealing direct with the bank now to see how I can I get the money back at this point, because it is not even being charge in New York, but in Hong Kong. DON’T BUY at GNOCE.COM"
"Ordered 19 January. Given no indication at the time of a long lead time, yet its still showing as processing. I've sent several emails chasing a status update after reading some worrying review. But no response. I've noted a few similar experiences on reviews on here and lots on trustpilot! Wish I'd seen these before ordering as was hooked in by the personalized product I ordered looking great. My concern is that even if changes order state soon the order will not arrive for my partners birthday on 07 February. So I ordered 18 days before, I shouldn't have to worry it won't turn up on time."
