Website states 1-3 business days (may be longer for holidays/promotions) for their personalized product. It’s been 16 work days, and now they have a pretty hidden message saying their warehouse is closed for the next 8! Plus they are giving shipment time frames of 6-10 working days right now for the same products. Very dishonest. "
