"I got a pretty good deal on a mouse. I heard about their bad usps problems so I paid for 3 day fedex which was kind of expensive. Even though it said on the page that the mouse would ship after one day it took 4 business days to actually ship. I caused them some problems thanks to my buyers remorse but they fixed everything that I messed up which is why I would recommend them. All in all I'm not happy with my purchase, but I'm happy with how they handled my issues."
"I've ordered from gogamer.com in the past with no issues, though the shipping usually took a while with the "dirt cheap" option. This time I ordered an mmorpg that was on sale and opted for USPS priority. It shipped immediately and arrived in just two days. Unfortunately I discovered that it had shipped without a product key in the box - a somewhat common issue, apparently, and not the fault of gogamer. I called customer service, they verified the order and acted immediately to resolve the issue (I won't say how because don't want scammers to ruin a good thing). I'm very impressed and will continue to shop with them."

"I've used gogamer for 5 or 6 years (more in early years - less often recently). I never had a problem (including this order which was placed over the weekend (nov 1) and received yesterday - as expected.
The few times I use dirt cheap shipping the deliveries/shipping is usually prompt but can take a couple of extra days. fed-ex ground tends to work best (esp if you order more than one game) esp since it includes insurance/tracking.
Anyways no complaints yet."

"I recently attempted to order a copy of gears of war from GoGamer.com. It was listed as in stock and my credit card was immediately charged. A couple days later I got an email saying that it was now out of stock and that I could cancel my order if I wanted. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited. Today I get an email from them a month later saying my order has been successfully canceled. That's funny because I never canceled it. I'm quite frustrated and am now waiting to see if they credit my account with the money they took from me over a month ago.
Before I came here to write their review I went to their site to leave feedback. Conveniently enough they have a forum link at the top which links to no where. It just doesn't work... shady.
