"I contacted support after my chair arrived damaged. They said within 48 hours I would have a return label but it has been over 72 and I have nothing.
It doesn't matter because they expect you to take apart the chair and put it in the original box. The chair is so stuck together I cannot get it apart and the box was in rough shape to begin with. I will not be buy from here again and may have to do a charge back to made right.
Its cosmetic damge but its over $500 for the chair and I expect everything to be in order upon delivery! I would have accepted a partial refund to just buy the part to replace myself to just to not have to deal with this anymore but that's not an option.
Overall terrible experience and will not return. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."
