"This was a mixed experience. Placed my order with ease, but the items arrived expired. Tried reaching out to the company twice by phone (no availability during working hours), left a message from their website, which went unanswered, and finally got a hold of them via the chat option. Once I did get a hold of them, the rep was more than helpful and resolved my issues. I had a somewhat shaky go of it but I would try to use them again in the future. "
"Placed and order, and GoVets proceeded to bill my Amex card. They told me the item was in stock, Week later, still no product, so I called them and they finally answered, no one answers phone there. They told me item on back order now for 2 months and they still did not refund my order."

"Was trying to place an order with MSC Industrial and had issues with their checkout so I googled the item and found it for slightly lower price from GoVets. Few days later a box arrived from MSC and I'm thinking the order must have gone through but then I got an email saying my GV order was delivered.
Weird, but anyway their web checkout is super easy, no creating an account BS, and price a little better so I guess I'll go through their site in the future"
