The customer service was friendly and helpful every time I called (which I did quite frequently, especially when the time came closer to leaving for my trip). Go Ahead Tours offers a wide variety of tours with lots of optional excursions to participate in (or not, depending on budget, time, energy, etc). Their tours are very flexible and you can plan to fly into the country you're traveling to earlier than the first day of the tour or plan to stay a few days later after the tour ends. I had high expectations for Go Ahead Tours during my trip to England & Paris in April 2013 and they did not disappoint!"
