"I have taken two tours with Go Ahead Tours and found each one to be a fabulous experience. The "Grand Tour of Europe" was the most fun my wife and I have had made particularly so be the tour guide Rob Sweetingham. Our second tour was London, A City Experience" which we used to form a basis for a longer stay on our own visiting sites outside London in which we had a special interest. Go Ahead facilitated our extended trip and accommodated all our pet wants so we were completely satisfied. There tours are intricately planned, move fluidly and provide knowledgeable and personable tour guides. We cannot say enough about how much we have enjoyed our tours. We are currently planning our next tour which will, of course, be a Go Ahead Tour."

"I've travelled a lot since my retirement and the two best trips I took were with Go Ahead Tours. They were to Italy and to the National parks. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. The accommodations are good. On these tours, we covered many sites and we were always prepared for what we would see and where appropriate, the history of the site. Especially on the National Parks tour, there was an excellent mix of activity and rest(going from place to place by bus). We were able to go off by ourselves at some sites and also, tours were arranged to visit other sites. I highly recommend Go Ahead Tours for any tours you might be taking. I know that I will be planning another tour with them this year!"
"In 2012 we wanted to make a trip to Alaska including a cruise. Friend of ours had made previous trips with Go Ahead and were very pleased with the service. Our trip was great! The tour leader was friendly and knowledgeable and the local guide and bus driver were outstanding. Anchorage, Denali and the other sites were well planned and we felt we had experienced Alaska. Our cruise on Celebrity was also one that we enjoyed very much."
"Our Tour Guide was wonderful. The trip went well except for the portion that was handled by Luis Cruise lines. It was a disaster. I did not like the location of the hotel in Athens. Would have liked to have been closer to the main part of town to be able to walk. "

"We had a great time with Go Ahead, our Guide, Cornelius Weber was beyond informative and entertaining. BUT the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Edinburgh was a DISASTER!!! AND H.I.E. Hq referred me back to Edinburgh rather than taking responsibility for their poor management choices foisted on the operators of their hotels, eg., amenities(JOKE) and broken bed, broken TV, unsanitary bathroom soap dispenser, etc. Carol Bertsch"

The little extra attention of our director was so appreciated. Didn't want the trip to end. We had terrific fellow travelers. Some of which we've maintained relationships. Overall the hotels were fine. Bottom line the itinerary was very comprehensive."

Excellent driver but very sociable and easy to be with. The group that we traveled with was probably the best we've experienced. Everyone blended and interacted easily and on their own. No need to assign seat changes on the bus -- nothing worse than being treated like a 10 year old."
