"We purchased a new wine refrigerator. It was shipped as promised (though slower than expected because Goedekers apparently doesn't stock all of the products they sell. So the item was shipped to them and then shipped to me.)

It came in undamaged on a pallet. The shipper was kind enough to drop the pallet inside my garage.

I had to swap the door swing. This proved more challenging than expected because the plastic placeholder insert for the top door swing was the same color and shape with hole for the pin but the hole was a different size... causing those pieces to be removed/replaced as well. Not bad, but be aware.

The unit is a bit noisy as in you can hear the compressor running more loudly than a full size refrigerator, but the reason we got this was to replace an Thermal Electroplate (?) wine cooler that was silent but simply couldn't hold up and died after 3 years.

Overall, we love the unit and are happy to have worked with Goedekers!"
