I am totally frustrated. never again will I purchase from your company with FREE shipping. I ordered on January 19. Two weeks later I called to see where it was and was told it was back ordered. I understand that. When it was finally delivered to your destination, it was received by you on Feb 14. So, here we are at February 23 and AM Home Trucking cannot deliver until the end of next week which will be March 2.
This is not acceptable. Waiting 6 weeks for a delivery and not having refrigeration is not a good situation to be in. I initially thought no tax and free shipping was worth it but I was wrong. I fully expected maximum of 7 days for delivery. The worst part was I could have purchased this locally in Jacksonville, FL.
Every time I called your customer service, I was told it would go out within 7-10 days but delivery could take another 7-10 days. Is this the way you do business? Lure us in with free shipping and no tax?
I am so unhappy at this moment. Plus I asked to speak with Steve a few times and was told he wasn't available.
Maybe you can pay for shipping from Pompano Beach to Jacksonville for Saturday delivery, or pay to compensate me for over 6 weeks of unsatisfactory customer service.
