"First, it is important to note you should be aware when ordering that it will take some time to get your appliance. Goedekers had a great price on a refrigerator we wanted, but we accepted that we would be getting that discount at the cost of delivery time.

About 3 weeks after ordering our unit it arrived. That was in line with what we had read about getting an appliance from Goedekers so no disappointment there. Upon arrival the refrigerator was dented (Item 1) and the doors wouldn't level out (Item 2 - Left door hung slightly lower than the left after adjustments).

Item 1 - The dent was no big deal. Per Goedeker's instructions we noted the damage on the delivery form and contracted them immediately. The response from their customer service was straightforward. They had me send pictures of the damage and the serial number. They then set up a technician appointment for us. The technician couldn't repair the dent, but did get the doors aligned. The dent is against our cabinets where it can't be seen so we accepted monetary compensation from Goedekers for it.

Overall we have had an experience that may not have been ideal, but was handled very well. I would not hesitate to order form them again."

Request sent to Goedeker's for replacement or return with full refund.
After one month there was no solution and I decided to cancel the order.
Goedeker's replied that full refund will be done within 3-5 days from unit picked-up date
Goedeker's picked-up the damaged unit and after more than one week I have been emailing and
calling to get an update of the refund with no reply by Goedeker's.

If no reply is received during February I will understand that Goedeker's is not to refund my money
and I will proceed to request the bank with my CC to refuse payment and I will also report this
issue to the BBB-Better Business Bureau for a solution.

"I have ordered from Goedeckers previously without problem. BUT on 1/29 I ordered a dishwasher. On 2/15 the shipment tracking had it in delivery hub at 0500. I waited, no delivery. On 2/19 I called and was told “it should have gone out over the weekend”. On 2/20, the trucking company called to set up delivery in 2/21. We had a previous appt. Thd window was noon to 3 pm. We suggested AM delivery of next day, but now it will be another week.

I called Goedeckers to let them know how their customers were being treated and they didn’t care. No apology, just a customer service rep telling me that”although their delivery time is 7-10 days, they can’t control shipment. Nor did the customer service rep, Letisha, think a month out delivery should be a problem.

By the way, I did not save $ by using Goedeckers, just the tax. I could have gone to Home Depot and paid the same price. After multiple orders from this company, Goedeckers will NOT be my go to store fir appliances any more."
