Goedeker’s shipped my couch well packed and customer service was wonderful! "Goedekers was excellent. ResellerRatings gets a very low score for the ridiculous requirement to have a minimum number of characters for a review. What this does is it usually turns off the reviewer and they quit when in reality they wanted to give Goedekers a high rating but don't want to mess with some silly third party rating company that is telling them, the customer, what they have to do. Goedekers unfortunately misses out on an excellent review. Message to Goedekers - change rating organization."

"After visiting Home Depot, Lowe’s, and our local GE Appliance dealer, and being very surprised at the price of appliances these days, I went searching online for alternatives and found Goedekers. They saved me over $1,500 on a suite of GE Profile appliances, and identified $200 more in rebates than any of the other retailers had. My only concern was how the appliances would arrive — too often I’ve received damaged goods when ordering online, due to rough handling by freight carriers.
