"I received two barstools, one of which had some defect not allowing it to be put together properly. I called customer service MULTIPLE times and was told I would get a phone call or an email back. I was given a specific rep’s name (Ashley) as to who would contact me. I probably called 6-7 times and NEVER once got a return response from her. I was able to get her on the phone 1-2 times, when i called. Each time there was a different excuse. I finally got to the point where I no longer wanted to deal with her and received 40$ return credit (even though i paid a little over 300$ For my stools). She did send me an email in regards to this. So I guess she did respond to me ONE TIME!
The stools themselves seem nice and have great aesthetic appeal. The customer service, or maybe just my particular rep, left a lot to be desired for. "

"Delivery truck showed up a week ago. They didn't have my appliance on the truck and can't find it in their warehouse. After a week of calls to Goedekers, still nothing - only promises to call the trucking company and 'find out what's going on'. No one is taking responsibility for sending me what I've already paid for. No one calls or emails me to tell me what's happening, and when I call I get the same story. After asking to speak with a manager, turns out "he's busy" and he'll call me back "usually within 24 hours". There is nothing they can do at this point to salvage this experience, but I can't wait to find out what he has to say....I bought from Goedekers because they had the best price, but the small savings isn't worth the aggravation. Just terrible."

"I ordered a scratch & dent GE induction range that arrived in a timely manner and extremely well packaged. They are overly honest with their damage photos, and when it arrived I was pleased to see that it wasn't as bad as the photos looked. The damaged side is under the cabinet and you can't even tell it's a damaged item. Very happy with purchase, and loving the induction cooking! Thank you so much! "

"We knew which stove we wanted & was pricing it at various stores. Goedekers beat the price of everyone else. When we called in the sales associate was very helpful & efficient. She helped us with our delivery requests. Delivery & product was just as she stated. The delivery went smoothly & the guys handling it was excellent. I would definitely use them again. "
