After I placed the order I got an automated email telling me "We anticipate the ship date to be 1 - 3 weeks from now." The following week, I got exactly the same message. Same for the week after that.

It made it sound like the order was constantly slipping, but at least I did get it within about 3 weeks of the original order.

Long hold times that involve hearing a recorded voice tell you every 30 seconds that your call is very important, then after 15 minutes simply disconnects you. Simply maddening."
