"Not much to say, ordered an electric dryer and was backordered, so took an extra week or so to ship. Shipping company was willing to work around my holiday schedule. Didn't need it ASAP, so wasn't a big deal. Dryer works great."
"The Casabianca Erika table is excellent, and looks great next to the marble kitchen counter tops (we bought the white marbled version). When attempting to purchase, the website reset the purchase multiple times before I figured out that "white glove" delivery was unavailable (apparently) in my delivery area. The website should have explained that, rather than continuously resetting the purchase page. When the table arrived, I had to negotiate delivery to the apartment, and assemble myself. I would have preferred white glove delivery, which really should not be too hard for Goedekers to negotiate in a large metropolitan area. I would have paid the going rate for that (about $100). Self-assembly turned out to be straightforward, but that was not obvious from the (Italian only) instructions."

"Goedeker's came through when we couldn't find this particular little red natural gas store anywhere else in the country! We love its instantaneous warmth with the click of a switch and we have been able to turn down the house furnace because of it and not heat the whole basement area of our home. We have an in-home therapy business and one of our clients is now interested in buying one so I am sending your information to her. Another huge plus for us is that they didn't charge delivery fees clear from Chattanooga, Tennessee and delivered it right to our home; helpful since my husband is a 100% disabled veteran. Our communications with the store couldn't have been more helpful, especially Lisa who called the manufacturer twice on our behalf, who had to make it. Our experience couldn't have been better!!
