"I called Goedeker’s before placing my order and was told the fridge would ship in about two weeks. Upon placing the order I was sent an email saying the fridge was backordered and wouldn’t ship for nearly 4 weeks. I emailed and received no apology or small discount. Tracking the fridge was very tedious and G offered little to no help doing so as once you order the hand you off to the manufacturer or shipping company.
The price was great so I sucked up the month wait for our new appliance. The company that delivered was probably the worst appliance delivery service I’ve experienced. They were very rough with the appliances and left trash all

"Love the chair I bought! And the (outsourced) delivery servicemen were very careful when delivering it, which was appreciated. But I'm glad I read Goedekers' shipping policy, because it took the better part of a month to get to me. Didn't think mine was a "straight from the manufacturer" purchase, but now suppose so given how long it took to get it. So be aware that you might wait awhile.
Note: The wait time only became frustrating after the exact same chair popped up for sale online at a different store for $20 cheaper and with 2-day shipping."
