"I placed an order on 04/10/19. On the 8th I called because I had not received the tracking number of the product, I was told that the Thursday sent it to me and the Thursday called and they never sent me anything. I canceled the order and asked for a confirmation email of the canceled order and they never sent it to me. Today 10/14/19 I received an email saying that my order was sent. I called them to clarify that I had previously canceled and a representative tells me that she was from the sales department and would call the customer service. They never called me and after I call again, I get the same representative saying that she is a supervisor and that I could not cancel the order or if I canceled it I had to pay the shipping costs $ 99.00.
