"I was swindled too. Same story as everyone else. Paid by check, cashed the next day and no merchandise. I feel some sense of satisfaction now that Goldens is out of business."
"I placed a small order on 1/17/2011 and paid with a personal
check as required by Goldens. I recieved an e-mail confirmation for my order and my check was quickly cashed. I have not recieved my order and all my calls go straight to voicemail. I
have sent e-mail inquiries with no luck. Like other folks I feel I have been cheated. Luckily my order was only $23.00. I
left a voicemail with Mr. Golden on 2/09/2011 telling him that if I did not recieve a reply from him that I will be reporting
him to the F.B.I. for internet fraud. I have also contacted the city offices of Woodstock Ga. to find out if he is lincensed to
do buisness in that community."
"I ordered $24 worth of merchandise on Dec 2, my check was cashed on dec. 8 and to date I have not received my order. I called, emailed, no response. I wish I had read these reports prior to ordering. I will attempt to call the local authorities, BBB, etc. You all should do the same."
"Golden's Antique Supply is nothing more then a SCAM. He runs this scam out of his house, their is no company. I would advise anyone victimized by this character to file a complaint with FBI internet fraud division.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I ordered roughly $42.00 worth of antique nails for a project. Payment was processed quickly enough. I even got a fancy computer generated receipt in an e-mail telling me my order shipped via USPS.
Two weeks after it had supposedly shipped, I still had not received a package or any notification from the USPS.
I started trying to call Golden's Antiques to get a tracking number or any info that might help...I tried several times to contact them at ***-***-****. All calls have gone directly to voicemail, and the 4 messages I have left have not been met with any response whatsoever.
Golden's Antique's gets a -10 rating, don't waste your time or your money there. I am currently trying to find a way to file a complaint with his local District Attorney for fraud."
"Walter (WC) Golden, Sr. got me for $96.73. Sounds like I'm a victim of the same fraud. I sent a check on 9/29 and never heard another word from the guy. That said, he was very quick to respond on the 29th when I requested clarification of the mailing address for the check."

After several e-mails and unanswered messages I received word (1 month after the order) that the product had been on backorder and was going to be shipped within a few days. "I placed an order for 1 item on June 7th, my card was charged June 8th. June 17th I contacted them asking when my item was shipping. On the 19th, my fiance wrote an angry letter because they were not contacting me back and the item was important to work he was trying to do. They cancelled the order with a snide commentary. It is now July 6th, I have not heard from them since they theoretically authorized the refund. No number of emails, phone calls, or online questions has been returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Oh, and the item that we ordered, as soon as the refund was authorized, was then listed at $120 more than we ordered it for. We have gone through our bank to report this company as fraudulent and will shortly be getting a lawyer involved. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

"This company is fraudulent. Stay away. I placed an order on 3/19, received a confirmation and then never heard from them again. I paid using a single use Mastercard through Paypal, so I filed a complaint through Paypal. The company is impossible to get in touch with. They never answer their phone. They finally responded in email after about 100 emails sent to them. They said they couldn't refund money because they don't accept Paypal payments and so I have to get the money from Paypal!! which is ridiculous because they already accepted the payment and they already have the money. Stay far away from Golden's Antique Supply. They will take your money and you will never receive any product or any refund. They are FRAUDS! FRAUDS! FRAUDS!"
"VERY hard to reach and 20 out of 21 items I paid for were on backorder. Their website didn't reflect they weren't in stock. I had to demand a refund before I was able to get their attention. They don't answer the phone. I DON'T recommend them since there are dozens of other professional suppliers."
