"Bottom line, worse customer service support, worse consumer relations support. If ytou buy a SOny product understand this. If you purchase it and it arrives defective, they won't replce it. You have to return it forrepairs. No matter how insignificant the issue is, you must re-package the entire product and send it back to Sony for repair. And they wait for them to return it to you!!! All the while they got your money!!!"

"Maxtool is absolutely a customer UNFRIENDLY company. They'll take your order, immediately charge it against your credit card, and then refuse to even acknowledge your order or communications. Absolutely the worst! Avoid at all costs, because otherwise, you will pay!!"

"Golden's Antique Supply is nothing more then a SCAM. He runs this scam out of his house, their is no company. I would advise anyone victimized by this character to file a complaint with FBI internet fraud division.
As of February 1, 2011 Golden's scam has ceased operations. Thank all of you who took the time to file a complaint. One less crook we have to worry about."
