"I placed an order for a set of irons through their eBay store. 4 days later they said they made a mistake on the price and should have charged me more. Instead of just honoring the price that I bought it for they told me to cancel my order and they would give me a whopping 8% discount off the price they said it should have been. The difference in the price I paid and the price they were going to “discount” it for was $350. Also, the “discounted price” they were offering me was the same price they had it regularly listed for on their website and the same price I could buy it at other retailers. Needless to say I was no longer interested in the clubs. On top of that I get a message saying that the “buyer” requested to cancel the item (which I didn’t) and because of that I can not leave feedback for the seller on eBay (hence why I am here to vent). I messaged saying I wanted the product that I bought but that message was ignored. Overall poor customer service and because of this I missed out on a different eBay listing that was a much better deal than this turned out to be. If they would have either honored the price that was agreed upon or at least gave a worthwhile discount to make up for it then we wouldn’t be here, but here we are and I am still without clubs. Take your business to someone who owns up to mistakes and doesn’t just have the customers take the fall for them."

I purchased two Range finders from GolfEtail.com on April 8th. However, one of them had a problem after one week. On April 19th, I contacted GolfEtail.com and received a replacement for one unit while returning the faulty one. And after one week, another unit also had an issue, so I contacted GolfEtail.com by phone. They said they would send me a return label, but I didn't receive the return label. On May 12th, I called them again, but until today, May 21st, I haven't received any return label or email. Please refund $48.

Multiple return labels have been sent to xxxx. We have just emailed you another label today 6/9/2023 to get both of these units back. Once the units are returned a full refund will be issued.
This seller has never sent me return labels by mail or email.
I filed a claim with PayPal, but it seems like the seller is waiting for the case to be closed.

"Placed an order for 6 golf shirts, instantly I had a $60US bill from UPS to cover shipping and duties. When the shirts arrived there were only 4 out of the 6 shirts, and I figured maybe the other 2 were back ordered, so I emailed them to find out. After waiting for a response for a few days they got back to me to tell me I was wrong, and the order had been fulfilled. I had a bad feeling about these guys and wish I would have gone with my gut, but live and learn.
I ended up paying $250 CDN for 4 golf shirts that I wouldn’t pay $100, if I had seen them is person before purchasing them. If I was to send them back they would not return UPS fees, and would claim I only returned a portion of the order (although it was all they sent me), and I would have to pay shipping for the return, plus they probably wouldn’t refund my money anyway, so might as well keep the 4 shirts that I did get, and move on.

"Bought one pair of didn't fit, sent em back cost me $17, bought the size larger, didn't fit either, lost another $17, they decided to take 10 OFF the Refund so I ended up losing $4 because I was really trying hard to buy from them I guess. If they tell me when I call them tomorrow that it was a handling charge, I am gonna really be po'd!!! What about my handling charges and costs buying their crappy shoes that are mis-sized. "I wouldn't trust these guys if I were you. I have made quite a few purchases from them and had no problems. This time, they send me a "flash sale" for a hybrid rescue club or a 5w fairway wood. I chose the 5w fairway wood. What comes in the mail is a 3w. So, I call them to switch it out and I am told, " Oh, that's just a stock photo that we use. When you click on the photo of the 5w, you clicked on the 3w". So, now I have to pay postage to mail this club back to them for a refund. I wouldn't trust them to send you the right club, either. Horrible customer service."
"I bought a $200 set of irons and played 18 holes with them. That’s 1 iron per hole. I never found any club that felt wonderful therefore I asked for a refund. They said if I hit even one then the set was already “USED”, therefore no refund at all. Bums!!!!!!"
"I ordered a golf rain suit and it arrived MANY days after I ordered it. But it was beautiful and I initially thought it was worth the long wait. But when I tried it on it was too small so I contacted the company to see about an exchange. I was told I had to return the initial purchase and buy a larger size. So I bought the larger size, but when I tried to return the first purchase that was too small the company ceased all communication with me. I plead for a week with the company to send me a return shipping label, as it was free returns on this item. To no avail. At one point the company said it had not received any information about me having filed a return request, even though eBay had the return request in the system for more than a week and ebay had emailed the company on my behalf to get them to send me a return shipping label. EBay has said it will step in to make this transaction right, since the company refuses to do so. Thank goodness I purchased my product on eBay and not directly from golfetail.com. i would suggest shoppers steer clear of this company. To outright lie and say you have no record of my return request when there is a long email chain of me begging for a return and a record on eBay where I filed a return request a week ago and even after eBay reps emailed you asking you to send me a return label, you still refuse to do so. That's scary bad customer service. I've never had to leave a review such as this before for a company but my experience has been such that I cannot allow anyone else to get entangled in such a horrible company."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered TWO softsided golf travel bags and paid for 2nd day delivery, in order to meet my travel needs. Was informed by GolfEtail that my order had shipped and would be delivered on time and was given a tracking number. When the delivery date came and went with no merchandise in hand, I used the tracking number and discovered it was not shipped 2 day air, but rather put on a train. The packages are now scheduled to arrive 7 full days beyond when I needed them. When I called the Customer Service Number I was told that the package shipped via train and they were not aware of the issue until this very moment. They refused to immediately credit my card for a refund. NO MORE business from this guy!"
