"I shipped 13 boxes of personal effects from Toronto to Mountain View CA. Navis picked them up from inside my house and delivered them inside an apartment in Mountain View. Navis handled all the interactions with US customs. The boxes were not damaged in any way and there were no issues with US customs. My interactions with Navis were all by email and telephone. The Navis person (Bernice) was professional, polite, patient and helpful. I am 100% satisfied."

Everything happened quickly and without any hassle and our PC in glass tower case and two musical instruments (and everything else) showed up at their destination in perfect condition. It was a win."
"We had a last minute pick up from an auction and reached out to Steve who was able to rearrange his schedule when he discovered that the auction had strict pick up times. I figured if we couldn't be fit into the schedule then I would find a different moving company but he moved things around and we were able to work together. "I told myself that if everything got here in one piece I would forgive the misery this has been. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but the communication was absolutely awful. In the beginning it was messages and quotes. Then they picked everything up. No messages for a week. Then they changed the "crates" to "boxes" which wasn't part of my 1500 dollar quote that quickly became 1700 after the insurance was added. Then they decided it would be another 250 for some "confusion" about boxes vs crates when it was asked explicitly, on purpose, for clarity sakes. 2100 dollars later the crate arrives. There is no box around half of the items and two are broken. Working on an insurance claim right now which seems like a misery.
Overall: Communication was terrible. The quote was changed. They don't answer the phone. They're always "out of the office," etc. It felt like I was pulling teeth to get anything done after paying 2100 dollars."
"Nice people, but I had issues with my shipment. They didn’t send the shipment right away, awaiting payment. But, no one thought to pick up the phone to get my credit card. Then, once the shipment left for its destination, it wasn’t delivered to the door, as I had paid for. The delivery company at the other end demanded my daughter come and pick up the pallet, (she’s a university student with no means to pick up a pallet), and they insisted on her paying more money. They eventually helped get things sorted out, but it took several phone calls and a ton of stress. "
