"I dropped a small dresser off Aug 4. I tried to give payment at the time of drop off. I wasn’t asked for payment until Aug 15 . I was told when it shipped I’d be given a tracking #. I never received it & I checked in with Navis Aug 22 & was then told I had to call a co. named “Pilot “ for the tracking number. When I called them I was told the Grand Rapids Navis put the wrong zip code on my dresser & it accidentally shipped to the wrong city 2hrs away! I was told I’d be notified when it would finally be delivered -l was not notified & it just showed up -I was grateful that someone was actually home to receive it. I will say I didn’t just give one star because it was packed extremely well in several layers of cardboard & bubble wrap. "
