"Patrick hughes and his team were the first to respond to a quote request to ship my bronze frederick remington.Their price was the most reasonable and he thoroughly explained how the item was to be packed assuring me that with navis pack there was no shortcuts or substandard foam and boards .He has kept me informed in a timely manner as to when my package was picked up ,boxed and ETA of delivery .Yet to receive the item in dallas but given that i organised this from perth australia online ,it wouldnt have made a difference if i might as well have been in texas organising this from downtown dallas.He gave me every confidence that there are still good ol fashioned merchants and service still around .I cant fault him and i can only recommend and will only use him for all manner of goods if im shipping anything from Houston!
