"I shipped 13 boxes of personal effects from Toronto to Mountain View CA. Navis picked them up from inside my house and delivered them inside an apartment in Mountain View. Navis handled all the interactions with US customs. The boxes were not damaged in any way and there were no issues with US customs. My interactions with Navis were all by email and telephone. The Navis person (Bernice) was professional, polite, patient and helpful. I am 100% satisfied."

"Dropped off painting to be packed and shipped to Boston. Was told it would take about 5 or so days. I understand there is a pandemic and some shipping problems, but it took about 20 days to arrive. I could have simply drove it there myself over a weekend. It arrived in good condition at least."
"I used Navis to move three pallets of personal belongings from Raleigh NC to Ireland. I was familiar with them because the company I worked for had used them and they were fantastic. Being expensive is fine if the company turns out to be worth the extra. Navis were not. My estimate was 6-8 weeks to deliver, wound up taking 4 1/2 months...not just that, some of my stuff was missing. Somewhere between pickup at my house and shrink-wrapping on a pallet at their warehouse, my tools disappeared. I paid extra for insurance and the contact at Navis said he'd send me a check for the missing items. Haven't received anything from Navis.
I would not recommend Navis."
