"I was NOT totally satisfied as the receiver in Sweden had so many issues when the parcel arrived in Germany I believe before bei9ng forwarded to Sweden.
Was very surprised there was custom duties on heirloom items. The receiver in Sweden had numerous conflicting messages from a number of different agents before she was finally able to get the parcel forwarded on to Sweden.
The parcel was packed well and all items arrived safely.

The parcel for Denmark was somewhat less difficult but the receiver still had to pay duty. The parcel n Denmark also arrived in good condition."
