Cleaning out my parent's home after they passed was both physically and emotionally taxing, and it was complicated by the remote Buena Vista, CO location. Wanda invested a great deal of time helping me work through all my moving options. In the end, I brought the family heirlooms to Wanda and Ethan and they packed and crated antiques and valuables for their journey to my home in Florida. I was especially worried about a large glass horse that was one of my mother's prize possessions. Not only did everything arrive safely, but they had also created a special label for "Fiero the Wild Stallion" on his crate!! Both Wanda and Ethan helped me through a very difficult time with their kindness, humor and professionalism and I'm very grateful to them both."

"I buy a fair amount of art on auction sites and this was my worst experience. This review probably belongs to Sloans and Kenyon, because they did not have their act together for pick up by Navis. To begin with, the dimensions of the piece were incorrect but as I have worked with Arches (and Rives) drawing papers the dimensional changes didn't surprise me and my intended hanging space was large enough to take what turned out to be a much larger piece. Of course that increased the packing/shipping charge which was the highest I've encountered so far for like-sized art work. Then there was a snafu between Navis and S&K so the pickup of the piece was delayed by a week. Not a big deal but not confidence building for a first time experience with both shipper and auction house. So kinda nerve wracking all in all...I am reluctant to bid on another S&K auction."

"I am a collector of large porcelain pieces, and my experience with other shipping companies has been unfavorable, however, NAVIS is in a class of its own. The packing materials used is of superior quality and the method used to pack fragile items is unlike anything I have ever seen. Fragile item was secured inside a double box with styrofoam used in strategic places. Stickers all over the outside of the shipment to ensure careful care by handlers. The process was easy for me and I was kept informed every step of the process and location of item at all times. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to make sure their fragile item is handled safely."
