"I asked Steve to create a reusable shipping container for instrumentation for my customer. First he littered the outside with his advertising tape. When I opened it out of concern, I found the interior heavily littered with foam. I ended up having to do it myself. In the past I always got very professional packaging from my other vendor who closed their company. Luckily, I did find the mechanical engineer who worked for the company and normally created cardboard and Pelican case with great results. Steve charged me $290 for something I had to throw away."
