"I shipped 13 boxes of personal effects from Toronto to Mountain View CA. Navis picked them up from inside my house and delivered them inside an apartment in Mountain View. Navis handled all the interactions with US customs. The boxes were not damaged in any way and there were no issues with US customs. My interactions with Navis were all by email and telephone. The Navis person (Bernice) was professional, polite, patient and helpful. I am 100% satisfied."

"At first Steve was great. He responded to emails and worked promptly. But things quickly went downhill. We started with one job but as we started doing more jobs the price per job increased significantly with no reason given. It feels like he was just gouging us for being a repeat customer. On top of that he never sent the documentation and pictures we requested for each shipment (these requirements were explained and agreed upon before the job was accepted). Finally one of the items Steve picked up had a huge dent in it that looked like it got hit by a forklift. We tried calling and emailing Steve about it but he never responded. In the end we never got our documentation and pictures and never heard from Steve again, and one of our deliveries was severely damaged. We assume it was by Steve which explains why he never returned our calls. We will not be using him again. "
"I was really pleased with the job Navis did. They were extremely helpful getting everything packed up and shipment went out quickly. At the receiving end, everything was in perfect condition. Steve was great and I would use them again and would recommend them to everybody."
"For the most part it was fine with reasonable communication from the shipper and the item arriving in good condition. There was a mixup with the shipping address as the intake process did not differentiate between it and the billing address. This led to a delay and a small increase in the shipping cost.

"My crate was very well packed. Only slight damage to my ship model. Most likely from poor handling by T-Force Co. It took 17 days to receive my crate.!!!!!!!!!! It was in Portland, Maine for 11 days. Portland is only 80 miles from my home! When it finally arrived (on a damned semi) I had to rent a P.U truck twice after they failed to meet me at designated time and meet the driver at a local school yard and help him unload the crate!! They are the absolutely the WORSE shipping company in the U.S. If at all possible I advise you to find another company for your customers long distance hauling!!!!!"
