"I tried four times to get the product I wanted from this vendor. Never received what I ordered, first order cancelled without explanation, second order sent me the wrong product, third order the wrong color and on the 4th order assured me they would get it right.. never received the item. .turned out it was back ordered.. even though Eddie said it was going out that same day. When I went to leave negative feedback on their website, they cancelled my words out and put in their own "positive" feedback as if I gave them the compliment. Lying group of people, will NEVER give them my business.. try Sonic Electronix.. excellent people to deal with. Gooddeals18.. is not a good deal. They would even leave negative or abusive comments for E-bayers who had problems with them instead of admitting to making a mistake...I cannot express my dislike for this bunch of jerks."

WITH USB,SD AND GOT A PLD128 DVD WHICH COST LESS NO USB OR SD CARD SLOT AND LOOK VERY UGLY.TRY CALLING THEM NO ANSWER SENT THEM AN EMAIL WITH PHOTO OF THE DVD PLAYER THEY SENT AND ASKING FOR AN RMA,GOT A REPLY THIS IS IT "HI Im sorry any way you can keep it for a partial refund? Im really sorry about this tina".I HAVE SENT THEM A NUMBER OF EMAILS ASKING ABOUT MY PARTIAL REFUND OR AN UPDATE NO ANSWER.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT YOU ORDER IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.I WILL UPDATE IF I GET A PARTIAL REFUND

"They shipped the order, had no idea they actually did. Sent a very polite e-mail to ask for the status, the reply was a one line number. Use your ESP to know what this number is for. Great store, good prices, customer service blows like Gabriel with a trumpet. Don't even try to call them on the tele. If you do not mind being treated like the rear end of a democrat, this is the store for you."

"This merchant was above and beyond the call of duty
in responding to my problem with defective equipment
that I bought from them. There was none of "Do this - Do that" before supplying a RMA for the return. The replaced equipment was delivered promptly and in
great condition. The experience left me with the feeling that I was a real customer and not just a number. They get my 5 stars.

"I purchased a directed subx1 from gooddeals18.com . They were much lower then anybody else (including ebay) so I decided to go with them. I received almost an instant notification. Good start.

The item arrives 2 days later - a day before thje expected delivery date. Im so glad I got this from them. The item is awesome
