"Ordered two Pioneer shallow mount subwoofers for a great price. Shipping was decent with a 5 day window to get it to me across the U.S. - standard ground timeframe. The products were new as stated and appear to be in decent condition but there was no care in packaging taken at all. The exterior box is something from Pioneer that is meant to hold 3 of these subs only now it's holding two of them with zero peanuts of foam inside to keep the two inside from smashing around. There is literally 6" of air space and these woofers must have had a tough ride with zero cushioning! Granted each woofer has it's own box and foam inside it but the Pioneer exterior box is destroyed to the point UPS has taped it everywhere and my office manager made the UPS guy put "damaged" on the receipt when she took delivery of it. The interior Pioneer boxes have every corner rounded on them and the boxes are smashed, thank god for interior foam. I will plug them in and hope they work tonight but it's a let down to see your package arrive utterly crunched and destroyed like something out of a movie because no care was taken to make sure it was shipped at today's standards. Update: Both subs work perfectly fine, just damaged boxes. Gooddeals18 asked multiple times if things were ok with my purchase after writing this review, so they do care about the customer"
