"On Jan.4 2012 I ordered a Smith snow helmet and Spy snow goggles from Gooddens. Five days later (Jan.9) I got an e-mail saying my order was cancelled because the goggle was sold out. I couldn't believe it - it takes them 5 days to figure out they didn't have an item?? And why cancel the whole order - what about the helmet?? So I asked. Oh right they said, do you want the helmet? Yes I said. But then later I got another e-mail from Gooddens saying the size I ordered was not in stock... oh man, what a royal waste of my time!!
Goodden's doesn't care about your time and they don't keep their website up to date (totally untrustworthy). Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear, there is nothing good about Goodden's."

Considering this is a family business and not a major retailer, I felt the 2-3 days for processing was fair, and added no major delay to the shipment. It was worth the wait to save over $50. After two emails and two phone contacts I received a message from Steve that he would ship me a better helmet to replace the one I had ordered at no additional cost. "I found Goodden's selling the sunglasses that I wanted for a great price. When I received the product in the mail the item was packed well and in new condition with all the regular packaging. The service was well and it took about 5 days to receive my order. If I need to buy another pair I'll definately look to Gooddens first."

"I ordered my Revo's on 05/29/2011. Did not ship on time as shown on the site. I contacted Gooddens on 6/5/2011, Steve and Rich both wrote back apologizing for the delay.
I finally got my Revos delivered on 6/10.
I am happy with the Revos and the price Goodden offers, extreme savings.
I would definetly buy from goddend again. Gooddens may need to improve a little on order status reporting to the customer.
