"I am a repeat customer with Goodden's, having purchased two pair of Ray-Ban RX6163 eyeglasses, and later on a pair of Maui Jim MJ402 02 sunglasses this summer. I have had no problems with them and would recommend them to anyone. I can see from the other reviews that some folks have had some delays, but I shop online quite a bit and Goodden's delivery times seem comparable to the others. "The company has just about the WORST customer service I have experienced. I placed an order on 8/23/10. I received an e-mail stating that the item had been shipped... a few days later i received another e-mail stating the item was out of stock but would be shipped within 2-4 business days..10 days later no item ...no response from customer service.. Looks like I might get ripped off by these people...They do not respond to e-mail and you must leave your telephone number and wait and hope... NOT GOOD on a scale of 1-10.....I would give my experience a 1"

"I was definitely skeptical upon first sight of the price. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised that the Ray Ban sunglasses were legitimate! It took a little longer than excepted to get the sunglasses, however, it was still within 2 weeks. I saved $55 by not buying from the retail store or Ray Ban's website. I would recommend Gooddens to anybody. "

I placed an order at 8 P.M. on 10/19, received status emails the next day and actually received the product before 10:30 A.M. on 10/21. "I ordered a pair of Arnette Full House sunglasses on December 8th, 2008. I got the order confirmation the same day, and that is all. Today is December 22nd and I have yet to hear from them. I have left a voicemail, sent 3 emails and filled out the customer service contact form on their site. The glasses were a Christmas gift. No response, not a call back, not an email, etc. I have asked for a full refund if they haven't shipped yet, however I can't even GET a real person to correspond with me about this! I will NEVER buy from them again and will let everyone I know not to buy from them, either. They need to do a LOT to make up for this lack of customer service. "
"I ordered 6 pairs of sunglasses. I paid 40 dollars for express shipping. They didn't ship for 3 days, and then the delivery date was too late for when I needed them. The staff was impossible to get in touch with, and when I finally spoke to someone they were incredibly rude.
