"I came to the store frustrated and in need of a pre-knotted bow tie for my son. I was promptly greeted by a person with a friendly smile and kind demeanor. She not only found the item I needed, but pointed out that it was on sale. I was able to purchase what I needed and get a back up item at a reduced rate. I was so pleased with my experience that I called the store to speak with a manager. I had no idea the person helping me was actually the store manager. This is a perfect example of leadership by example. I will not only continue shopping here, but I will share my experience with my peers."

"I walked into the store and I saw the pick up online order sign, so I went and stood there I know about 15 minutes and the cashier was on the other side, so when she was finished she started scanning clothes near the register I was standing at, I believe she knew I was standing there, so another customer comes up and she tends to them, so I went over to the other side and I told her I was there for a pick up and I showed her my email and she ask me did they send it to this store and I said yes, so she goes and look behind the desk area and tells me it is not there and ask another associate to help me while she jets to the other side to help other customers. So I showed the other associate my email, she made phone call and she went back to look and my items were there, she apologized she said the previous associated didn't look well. So, I don't know it didn't make me feel good to shop there, I have a second order coming and I really do not want to interact with the first associate."

"I just love going into these kinds of stores when I am near one. I can always find something to buy for self or a gift. I don't go real often because we don't have one close by."
