"I was delighted to shop in your store. I was passing through the area and remember buying some things there last year. I was very pleased to be able to move through the racks and to see items displayed well. The most important attribute was the associates I encountered especially at checkout. She was very attractively dressed and made direct eye contact. She inquired about my shopping experience and showed me coupons that were available. Because of the good customer service, coupon and merchandise I will plan to go the this store on a regular basis."
