"Since they updated the store. I have found it harder to check out due to lack of employee availability . One one of the large sale days there were only 3 employees at the store , I was told. I had to search for a checkout that had an employee on site and have found this situation on numerous visits. I do enjoy the new fragrance lines. Had to purchase. Polo. Black aftershave at another location after purchasing the cologne at your store"

"I shopped in shoes and I did not need help however when I came to the front of the store to check out I could not find anyone to check me out. A worker who I now understand is the store manager asked if I needed help and the offered to check me out however she attemted to walk to the makeup area and rudely told the young lady at the makeup counter to check me out because she was already standing there. The girl at the counter was in the middle of doing something so then I had to wait for her to finish when the other women could have just checked me out in the first place. The girl at the makeuo counter was very nice and I have no quarral with her but the other women was very very rude. I did not like the way she dismissed me or the way she spoke to the girl. I asked the girl who the manager was and she informed me that the women was the manager. She was rude."

"The experience could be better. You can never find a check and when you do you have to wait for a cosmetic person to be free. And they are always busy. If i am shopping in mens i should be able to check out in mens. I should not have to walk all the way over to mens."
