"Associate was so willing to be of assistance to the customer - I would expect the same courtesy, but 10 minutes! This store really needs to keep more cash registers open to accommodate customers. Ones with disabilities, at least. I use a cane, and it is difficult for me to stand over 3-4 minutes. A little over a year ago I stood in line for over 35 minutes to pay on my bill. 35 minutes!!! Yes, I did complain to Corporate, and did get an, I'm sorry. I finally got my account paid off and did not charge anything for months, until today. I have decided to pay this off soon and cancel my card. Looks like not much has changed."
